Hey everyone.. I’m putting together a small team (3 people) to work on a project:
Team roles:
1. Project Director / Manager (Scrum Master)2. Junior Full Stack Developer (Backend & Infrastructure focus)3. Junior Full Stack Developer (Frontend – UI/UX & React + some Backend)
I’ll be the 4th member, acting as the Lead Product Architect, guiding the vision and also working hands-on across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Tech stack:
1. Backend: Kotlin + Spring Boot2. Frontend: TanStack Start (React)3. Infrastructure: Terraform on AWS
From past experience, I know motivation can drop after the first month, so I want to keep things engaging by offering a cash incentive. The total budget is 1k bucks, split evenly across the team.
