Script Kiddie!
Hello everyone 👋
I’m currently learning web development and coding, and I want to build a 3D portfolio / profile website for myself. I already know some HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic coding, but I want to add 3D elements and interactive animations to make the website look more modern and creative.
My idea is to create a website where:
• The homepage has a 3D background or 3D environment
• A 3D avatar or character represents my profile
• Visitors can interact with objects or sections (About, Skills, Projects)
• Smooth animations and camera movements are used
• It works both on desktop and mobile
I heard about technologies like:
• Three.js
• WebGL
• Spline
• Blender models
• GSAP animations
But I’m not sure which tools are best for beginners and how to connect them with a normal website.
If anyone here has:
• Tutorials
• GitHub examples
• Learning resources
• Advice for beginners
