PROBLEM HTML/CSS

hello, i just joined I am not a coder but i made a website with help or googling templates and AI, I am running in with a very specific problem with HTML the site is in CSS but this is a main page that i have an issue with it meses up the scaling and i don't understand what is going on tried everything but idk, is there anyone that could take a look at. srry for bothering if its too much
