Help with creating responsive one page site menu burger-kabab

Hi. I have a one page index.html site landing page and it doesn't work well on mobile devices. the menu and logo take up about 50% of the screen. I do not have a traditional menu and menu links. Just a logo with different sizes and some text links to the left and right that point to anchor links throughout the page. maybe, a burger menu or kebab menu, but the logo and text below Semillas de Libertad has to be visible all the time on mobile when people scroll and read, but not necessarily when someone clicks on the kebab/burger icon.Here is my website https://pachalibre.codeberg.page/ If someone can help me to make the site completely responsive to work on mobile sites, I would really appreciate it. I do not want javascript or an extra css page. This site is all about sharing and helping one another. Thank you.
