redirect error

Other tab works in my website but theirs a tab when i first access and click on it its fine, but when i refresh i get this. I tried adding a _redirect folder into /public, and putting this inside: /* /index.html 200 and try to publish the website comes up with Error Something went wrong while creating your site on Netlify.
