How to make scrolling these cards scroll with the website on mobile?

https://sites.google.com/view/jailswapvalue/vehicles?authuser=3 In my simple website I have html and css embed that creates these cards which work perfect until I visited mobile where I noticed there is 2 scrolls first with for the website and another for cards. I want to make that there is one scroll which is the website.
