Learning html/css

Hey, im currently learning html/css and would love to know if someone can give me tipps about the layout part as example this website : featurebase.app i like the layout a lot and would love to know how to do that my problem is when im placing an element somewhere example a h1 tag and center it on the point where i want it the paragraph element is either blocking or pushing it away when im trying to move it
