How do I host my website on IONOS?

this is probably a very basic question but Im a girl who just started doing this whole thing. I want my very own place to put my parody videos and projects instead of just instagram. I learned html & css and made a crude website but I do not know how to get it online. I bought a web hosting package & domain on IONOS but do not know where to go from here.
