HTML Cube Rotation

Hello, if anybody can help me, I'm trying to have a cube be able to rotate around an axis according to slider input. I can't figure it out, and I'd appreciate any help. I am currently using an HTML file with (CSS style), and a Javascript file with some shader(.glsl) files to boot.
