Looking for a C# developer who is able to create a custom indicator for the ATAS platform

I'm seeking a different type of logic that goes beyond the traditional trend, volume, or momentum-based approaches. The indicator I'm developing is intended to track accounts, automatically locking them when certain criteria are met and restricting any modifications for a designated period. My goal is to create a tailored trading plan for each of my accounts.
