Best Resource To Learn C++

I recently went through my first semester at university and in my fundamentals of computer science course I was learning c++ and I understood it pretty well despite never really coding before. The last month of the semester I started to get lost with functions, loops, and arrays a bit. I understand their purpose and everything but when writing out projects and using all of them it wasn't easy. I just want to know what's a good resource that will challenge me and have interactive learning to fill in some gaps from my first semester as well as get ahead in my second semester which is coming soon.
